Free Cancellation for 48 hours after booking but up to 24 hours before Check-in.

If the guest did not cancel on time but before the check-in, a full refund on his transaction excluding the first 3 days’ pay.

If the guest cancels after the check-in, he would be eligible for a 50% refund on the next 15 days and full refund on the days after.
