Our Cancellation Policy

When the platform cancels due to force majeure no extra fees or charges are applied to anyone unless stated otherwise.

The platform holds the right to have full capabilities to surcharge, undercharge or charges nothing to the guest and/or the host depending on the circumstances and evidence given.

Host

The host has the capability to cancel a booking freely and with no charges up to the check-in date. When canceling, the Host might be ranked lower and have bad review that can affect his reputation and trustworthiness. When cancelling frequently and for no justified reasons, the Host might get blocked and get his account deleted.

The Host can cancel at any time but for the guest to remove his goods and find a substitute, the Host must allow 7 days for the Guest or wait until the end of the transaction or cancel before the billing period for subscription bookings. The platform will do everything within their hands to help the guest in those circumstances.

The Host might get paid less than expected if they cancel for one-off payments when the storage rent has already started.

In case of cancellation for subscription basis transactions, the Host is still to be paid for previous periods spent on his premises but might not get paid for the period they cancel on it and future ones as well.

Guest

Flexible (Advised for short term):

Free Cancellation for 48 hours after booking but up to 24 hours before Check-in.

If the guest cancels wrongfully before the check-in, they will have a full refund excluding 3 days’ pay.

If the guest cancels after the check-in, they would be eligible for a 50% refund on the next 15 days and full refund on the days after.

Moderate:

Free Cancellation for 48 hours after booking but up to 48 hours before Check-in.

If the guest did not cancel on time but still before the check-in, the guest would get a full refund excluding a one week pay.

If the guest cancels after the check-in, the guest would be eligible for a 50% refund for the next 30 days and full refund for the period exceeding 30 days.

Strict (Advised for Long term):

Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking but up to 5 days before check-in.

If the guest did not cancel on time but still before the check-in, a 50% refund will be given on the first 30 days and full refund for the period exceeding 30 days.

If the guest cancels after the check-in, the guest would not be refunded.
